the best, secret, diet known to man.
why?
you can't eat solids,
it forces you to eat slowly,
you end up drinking alot of water to make up for the food you cant eat.
basically,
you starve.
but its great!
And I am still swollen.
I will probably write you a whole detailed story about it all.
but not now.
