Well here I am again. Expressing my motivations to turning a new leaf. The diet is thus on again after a tragic 2 weeks of being a horrible dieter. I am back :)
Now lets kick this chub in the butt... or off my butt.
The rejuvenating mind set starts this moment.
I will thus go forth and fill my water bottle now.
