Yeah, those ones simply suck. but its okay because I have a man who loves me and there's always tomorrow to be a better day.

but if i seem like a crazy, mad person... it's just because I am tired, miss my bug and have way too much on my plate at work :) shhh don't tell!

OH! did I mention that one of the sweet ladies I work with in one of my big groups is from Alabama and talks just like a little miss Brenda Lee Johnson? She makes me happy :) All I think about is Fritz and the LA PD when I talk to her. She's just great :)

Goodbye Alabama

I could not ask for a better company to work with such amazing opportunities. My trip to Alabama really made me more excited about what I do and where I want to go with this company. It was motivating for sure. I always saw my job as just something to get me through my first few years of marriage and nothing I was really committed to, but now, I really want to grow with this company and move to higher positions, which I know is definitely within my reach if I work really hard. Plus, the whole dressing professional thing is something I may want to pick up and use more often :)

Alabama is just beautiful. If there wan't all the wind and tornados (because you all know I have a problem with those) I would move there in a heartbeat. Everything is green and its so easy to run there! I loved it and I am definitely going to miss it! I have been so blessed and I know that if I just keep doing what's right, these experiences will keep coming. I know I am being blessed because of Cam's service as well. We are doing pretty good :)

And, I am blogging on my flight home while listening to country, technology these days is unreal.

today's adventures

to be honest, the only thing i could think about while in the slc airport was my cam coming home. i got butterflies! i seriously can't wait till he gets home and i surprise him at the airport! i may have told him that i wouldn't be able to make it to the airport... but really i am just going to surprise him :)

i hate flying. it freaks me out big time. the first hour of the first flight i just wanted to be on land and i swear i prayed a billion and two times. i had pretty much convinced myself that i was going to die. but i plugged in my ipod, put it on shuffle, and the first thing i heard was my cam's voice. i did good the rest of the trip. its amazing how he doesn't even have to be there to calm me down and assure me its all going to be okay.

we first landed in memphis, which is beautiful! i've never been in Tennessee so it was so different... lots of trees!  then i got to alabama, oh my gosh its so pretty!! I love it so much! it is green everywhere and trees everywhere.  it's beautiful! the food tastes a little weird but everything is great for the first day.

not going to lie, im a bit nervous for tomorrow and feel incredibly inadequate, but i will do my best and hopefully the Lord will make up for what I lack!

Warning: Super long Post!

this is going to be totally random but i have lots to say so here it goes.

General Conference was more than amazing! I got so many answers to questions and it is always nice to just have a clear mind and be refocused on the things you should be doing. I am definitely a different person this week than I was last week because of the power of the spirit. I was surprised that no new temples were announced but I'm not even using my temple that I have right outside my door so I should probably concentrate on that one rather than new ones! Going to Conference was amazing as well. Being there in the same room with your brothers and sisters and the Prophet of the Lord simply brings a spirit you can't feel anywhere else. I love it! I am so grateful for conference and can't wait to read the talks over and over again.

I finally spent the two hours that I needed to clean my car. Poor Phoebee... she wasn't very happy with me, but now she is clean and lovely. :)

We got a new SD card from Cam this weekend!! I couldn't have been happier. He looks amazing and is just wasting away! He is so little now! I need to get myself going so that I can lose that weight as well. He is just amazing though and I love him more than ever! He is my everything :)

Yesterday was Valorie King's funeral and that was rough. I deal with death in such an odd way. I don't like to get sad, at all. So I basically try to not let myself get sad and put up a wall, acting like its not effecting me at all. Well that wall didn't last very long at the funeral. It was a beautiful service though. She was honored very well. The family did amazing and everything worked out really good. She was such a beautiful woman who was loved by everyone. She will be missed.

So last night when I was reading my scriptures, I was in 1 Nephi 15 and was reading about after Nephi gets to see the dream that Lehi had and he goes back to his brothers who are upset because they don't understand the dream and then Nephi has like this mini melt down for a verse and then is fine the next verse. Not going to lie, I seriously laughed out loud! The Book of Mormon is true! If it wasn't, Nephi definitely wouldn't be having little meltdowns! It also helped me connect with Nephi in such a way I haven't been able to before. It was a great scripture study night!

I have the best sisters! This morning I really was not excited to start my workout and here comes Kellie slapping my butt and getting me to run with her. It was just what I needed! Even though I may have said a few bad words to her, I am so happy that she was there to push me when I couldn't push myself. Just like all of my sisters have done! I owe who I am today to them and our great mom! :)

I am going to ALABAMA!! What?! So, okay story. I was just working along, thinking I was being so productive, sending out all these messages for this group of offices and everything was going great until one of my directors comes over and asks what I did. I explained the messages that I had just sent out, and I could tell by his smirk that I had done something. Oh and did I? I not only crashed our servers because of all the messages that got sent out, but I also got us almost blacklisted for AT&T and Cricket. Great right? Come to find out we sent 246,456 messages out. Correction, I sent out 246,456 messages out. So that happens and I am dying because this is not the first time I have completely killed our servers. Then my boss comes and taps on my shoulder and asks to talk to me. Shiz. Im screwed. I go into her office and she lets me know that I am going to Alabama! I will be starting up another group and they want to meet me and do some trainings with me in their corporate offices!! Oh my gosh I was trying not to smile too big. I am so excited but so nervous at the same time! Shopping this weekend for sure! Im a big girl now! So Im not in trouble and definitely not losing my job so major blessing there! Plus I have never been to Alabama so this will be an adventure. Ah!

Thank the wonderful, majestic mountains for dental insurance! It is the absolute best $12 I spend a month! Not only did it save me from paying almost $200 for x-rays and a simple consultation but it is saving me another almost $500 dollars to get my wisdom teeth out!  Holy exclamation points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just so you know before you try to figure out my madness of this post... keep in mind that you will not understand anything I say unless your name is Jessica, then you will understand. But for now there are some things to say.

I love the fact that I can search the accounts that each support rep has because then I feel like an undercover agent, finding all the lies and slackers out there claiming overload. It makes me laugh. What a great feature.

Some customers ask the weirdest questions and some are just down right lonely and need someone to talk to, even if that means being asked to go onto their blog, following it and having to reject offers to date their nephew going to BYU...I love you Ann. Really though... sometimes I wonder if I am the highlight of their day.

After going through numerous sifter issues, it makes me wonder if the customers even notice that their SR hasn't been working for nine months. Just a thought.

There would be only one thing I despise about SR... and that would be the Windent Sync. Which as of right now is running successfully. Shocker! Just give it a few more days and we will see.

Then there is Justine... work would not be the same without her and her Costco hot dog cravings, her back talking to mean doctors and simply those priceless Justine moments that keep me and Jess entertained all day. She is just great!

And to add to her greatness... I have my wonderful South Texas Dental docs who are simply crazy. And the fact that looking up their "baby daddys" was their favorite feature of SR just makes them that much more golden haha.

I love my job. I really do! What other place has Birthday lunches, Bagel Thursday, Football tailgate parties, and such great employees. Even Stephanie Core could not make me leave this place! I like it here and I am truly blessed! :)

he's cute and im excited.

although i know you are waiting for a big story about why he's cute and im excited goes together, im sorry they don't. but are two wonderful things that are included in my last monday of august.

if you blog stalk me much, you will already know that i think my cam is cute and you would agree. if not, let me show/tell you just a small tidbit of his uttermost cuteness. today is monday. email day. one of the best days of the week in my opinion. this may be slightly biased but i can handle that. so as i sit at work i wait for the number one in parethases to appear on my personal gmail account, notifying me of a new email from my sweetheart. because of how busy i rapidly became i was notified by skype, user: noelle, that emails were here. i always get my email first and i had actually gotten it about twenty five minutes earlier. i read through it. he is so happy and makes me smile with every word. i finished and closed my email. ten minutes later, in the corner of my computer it tells me i have another email from my cam. huh? i thought it was the computer being dumb and just notifying again. i was wrong. after writing his mom, cam spend just one more minute to send me a second email. content: I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) (including the lyrics to the courus of one of our songs). yep, he's cute. i really like him a lot. okay... LOVE him a lot.

today seems to be the buzz of the facebook and possibly college blogging world, seeing as it is, for the most part, the first day of college classes. i am included in the vast amount of students packing new books, binders and red pens. nerves going all different directions. to be honest, IM EXCITED! weird i know and it might wear off in a few weeks but for right now i am ready to just get going on it all and also get it all done. i can't wait to be on byu campus again as well. i have missed the place. i will keep you posted on how it goes. yay learning.

really the thing that i am really nervous about today is my first webinar. i will be training 20 offices at the same time. quite nerve recking. wish me luck and hopefully i don't kill this too bad!

mental issues?

So you may have noticed that everytime you visit my blog it looks different. It changes quite often. I may have a slight dose of ADD. I get bored of things really easily so I need change often. You can always tell how I am feeling by the look of my blog as well. Can you tell what it is now? I will give you a hint on this one... Im very much happy and awake haha if that makes any sense. But I am loving the colors and it makes me happy.

Another thing that makes me happy... being able to put on lip gloss again. Lets back up a bit... When Cam was here he did not like when I would wear lip gloss or lip stick, I was basically forbidden from it. As he has been gone I have brought back all the lip covers and fallen in love with them! This past week I have had major fever blisters from Lake powel and haven't been able to wear even the lightest lip gloss and it has not been my favorite. Today was the day though! Yay for Magenta Mint Lip Tint! oh how the day goes by so much better with some glossy luscious lips.

Also today is going by much faster than the others which is heaven sent. Bagel Thursday is always a wonderful day and being in comfy clothes at work is enough to make you love being here. Especially on dead days like today. I love my job anyways.

I GOT THE JOB!!! 

I don't think anyone really knows how much this means to me other than my wonderful Savior and Father in Heaven! I could not have done this without my friends, family, prayer and a loving Heavenly Father watching out for me!! Time to embark on this wonderful adventure of mine!!! :)
