i have put off the inevitable as long as possible, but it is now time to face the facts. it's a new year and i desperately need some goals right now, or else i'll be fat, crazy and even more unorganized than i already am. so yes, this is 30 days late, but for me... Happy New Years everybody!! now lets set some goals, with dates shall we?? (this way i can be accountable)
-- the most common goal known to north america, LOSE WEIGHT! I have about 20 pounds to lose. more specifically, i will be down 15 pounds by the end of march and then the rest by the beginning of may. That is two pounds a week.
-- i guess this could go with the last one, but EAT CLEAN! no more junk food! in detail, no more soda until after my race in June, no candy except on valentines day and easters until summer, even then i'll set another goal to go longer. staying under my calorie goal every day! drink more agua.
-- SAVING moneys weekly. right now i am using a great little chart i posted just a little bit ago, but an extra money will be dumped in there, because soon.... i am going to have to be as frugal as possible.
-- be HAPPY and be ME. sometimes i find myself closing up like a clam and not being the fun, loving, outgoing person that i know is in there. no more! life's too short anyways.
-- take CARE of my body like brushing my teeth, wearing my invisalign, washing my face, and devouring the vites everyday.
-- read the entire QUAD this year. im slacking so i have a lot to catch up on but if i read 8 pages a day, i'll finish!
-- get MARRIED. i partially don't have control of this but its gonna happen! and when it does, you are all invited to the wedding of my dreams.
-- be a better WORKER. work hard and efficiently. help out every once in a while.
-- have a positive ATTITUDE at all times and love life. nuff said.
those are all of my main goals for this year! now starting this moment, January 30, 2013 @ 7:14 am, i am now accountable for making these goals become accomplishments! oh boy. here we go!
