Week 5/16 i know im a slacker!!

haha yes im a slacker but today i start being better!!!!

arms - 10.25"
bust - 36"
waist - 27.5"
abs - 23.25"
thighs - 21.75"
calf - 13.5"

okay yep lots to do!!!

I went to spinning this morning! Since Sterling can only go at night, I'm going to start doing some 2 a days until June and do spinning M/W/F mornings along with lifting with him at night, you can join me at spinning anytime!!!
